- Organize and coordinate construction teams to achieve project objectives.
- Project documentation including mark-ups, as-builts, QA/QC records, HUC documentation (through PIM's). Responsible for both team and contractor safety performance. Informs team of safety & accidents/incidents. Manages contractor compliance with safety rules and environmental plan.
- Inform Project Management of incidents, special problems, & solutions.
- Provide input to project schedules & cost estimates.
- Evaluation of site team performance.
- Manage cost and schedule performance (and recovery plan if applicable) in the construction phase, including progress tracking, schedule updates, and corrective measures.
- Coordinates constructability reviews and prepares construction plans as required.
- Perform site audits of potential fabrication and installation contractor facilities.
- Ensure contractor/vendor complete the scope of work in accordance with the design specifications.
- HSE Management and Coordination.
- On-Site safety monitoring and inspection of Contractor/Vendor safety performance.
- Informs project team of safety requirements, accidents/incidents and near misses.
- Manages contractor compliance with safety rules and environmental plans.
